We currently ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories, excluding Louisiana.
Processing Time:
- Orders ship same or next business day.
- Ground Shipping (USPS): Orders placed by 2pm PT will ship the same business day.
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express): Orders placed by 12pm PT will ship the same business day.
Shipping:
- We ship with USPS.
- Orders over $49 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, with expedited shipping options available at an additional cost.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

- Accurate Shipping Information: You confirm that the shipping address provided is correct.
- Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: Puff Herbals is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS). Refunds will not be issued for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the mail carrier.
