All orders ship via USPS. Orders $49+ ship free via USPS First Class mail with the option to pay for expedited shipping. USPS tracking information is emailed upon shipment of orders.

• User agrees that User has provided a correct mailing address. 
• Refunds will not be issued by Puff Herbals for items lost or damaged by the mail carrier. 
• User agrees not to hold Puff Herbals responsible for any package that is lost or damaged or any package that is stolen from the User’s address. 
• User is responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS or the mail carrier if the package has been damaged, stolen, or lost.
